What we build

We are a product company before we are anything else. These are the apps we design, engineer, release and keep running ourselves — no white‑labelling, no reselling somebody else's software.

Taskido

Tasks, money, focus, habits & countdowns — one calm app

One private app for the things everybody juggles: what you have to do, what you are focusing on now, the habits you are trying to keep, the dates you must not forget, and where your money went. Everything stays on your device, there is no account to create, and there are no ads anywhere in it.

  • Tasks & reminders — subtasks, recurring items, a today view that is genuinely today.
  • Focus timer — spin the wheels to set the length, attach it to a real task, press start.
  • Habits & streaks — the week on one row, current and best streaks, no nagging.
  • Countdowns — birthdays, trips and deadlines in folders you name and colour yourself.
  • Everyday money — quick entry, budgets, reports and Excel export.
  • On‑device receipt scanning — photograph a bill, keep the photo on your phone.
  • Voice entry — add a task, a spend, a habit or a countdown by speaking.

Under the hood

How our products are put together.

One codebase, both app stores, and a deliberate refusal to bolt on anything that phones home.

Native on both stores

A single shared codebase wrapped natively for iOS and Android, so features land on both platforms together instead of one lagging a year behind.

Local‑first storage

Records are written to the device, not to a server we run. Fewer moving parts, no breach surface, and the app keeps working with no signal.

Audited dependencies

Third‑party packages are reviewed and pinned, vulnerable versions are replaced rather than tolerated, and anything that ships telemetry does not make it in.

Next

What comes after Taskido.

We would rather run two products properly than ten badly, so the roadmap is short on purpose. New work starts once Taskido is stable in both stores.

In development

More depth in Taskido

Native reminders and notifications, richer reporting, and the smaller quality‑of‑life fixes that come out of what early users actually tell us.

Exploring

A second product

Same principles — private, local‑first, no ads — applied to another everyday problem. If you have one worth solving, we would genuinely like to hear it.
